maaf..entry kali ini menggunakan bahasa rojak dan bahasa pasar.tidak sesuai untuk rujukan adik-adik yang akan menduduki PMR,SPM.harap maklum
ya Rabbi..dah lama dah rasanya blog ni bersawang ditambah pula dengan debu-debu Mesir ni..huhu..mohon maaf pada kawan-kawan semua ye..sebenarnya,saya baru berpindah ke rumah baru,rumah yg trletak di pedalaman sket..hehe,so bekalan internet tak ade..ada je kwn2 yg syorkan saya beli usb modem etisalat tu,tapi tunggulah dulu,kasi bajet ok sket..hehe..
sebenarnya banyak benda yang saya nak kongsi dengan kawan-kawan dan juga family saya. umi sibuk bertanya kenapa lama sangat tak hupdate blog,i said to her that internet connection tak de,she upset a little bit,sebab tak dpt tau cite harian anakanda tersayang sorang ni..huhu..additionally,bile tak de internet,susah la nak call rumah and so on..alamatnya,terpaksa saya melepak di rumah kawan-kawan untuk menggunakan perkhidmatan internet ni..huhu..takpe,mujahadah kan?
actually,alang-alang internet ‘sesat’ ni ada,saya nak kongsi sket beberapa pengalaman yang saya dapat semenjak sesi kuliah Universiti Kaherah dibuka awal Oktober yang lalu. Ok,alhamdulillah,saya dah berada dalam tahun 4. kalo takde aral melintang,insyaAllah 2 tahun lagi la tinggal untuk saya menamatkan pengajian dalam bidang perubatan di peringkat MBBcH ni..tak campur dgn MA dan PhD lagi tu..kalo campur agak-agak dalam 12-15 years i’ll be drowning with this medical field..huhu..lama kan?tu la..sape suruh amik medik?tapi nak buat mcmmane..rezeki dan ketetapan dariNya..kita tak boleh menolak kan?
so,this 4th year,offcially bermula lah alam klinikal saya. kami dibahagikan kepada 4 block/round.
first round= Forensic and toxicology
2nd round=Community Med
3rd round=opthal
4th round=ENT (name brutal”Otorhinolaryngology”)
alhamdulillah,baru ni dah selesai end round exam for Forensic and Toxicology. huhu..sedih plak farewell forensic ni..actually,sronok blaja forensic ni,rasa mcm dah jadi pakar forensic..hehe..cume antara tajuk2 yg prlu ditekankan ialah berkenaan kes-kes common yang berlaku di Malaysia(coz kite celup teori di Mesir..keje nanti di Malysia,so pandai2 la cari ape common kes ni Malaysia).lps bincg2 ngn kwn2 medic kat Malaysia,sbnrnye tajuk2 yg kite belajar di Mesir ni sama sahaja dengan course Forensic di Malaysia..hehe..so,semuanya kene tekan..pernah saya tanya seorang doktor dari Malaysia tentang common disease in Malaysia..and she scolded me..die kate,as long as u’re a doctor,you should know everything!!tugas awk tu bukn kat Mesia je..nanti tiba-tiba ada org pnggil bertugas secara sukarela di Zimbabwe ke..Sudan ke..tak ke nanti awk jgk terkapai2?NO BORDERLINE IN MEDICINE!!huh~betul jugak apa yang doktor tu cakap..so,SHUT UP my mouth and start working(macam kenal je ayat ni..hehe)

bru-baru ni pun,saya sempat google youtube,tgk cara-cara nak buat PE(physical examination) ke atas pesakit. tgh google2..tibe2 terjumpa video yang best-tajuknye Mind of a Physician-ER life. wah!teruja saya tengok kehidupan harian doktor-doktor dan nurse2 di wad ER.macam2 kes ada..semangat sgt tgk..ni tak sabar2 nak pegi round hospital cuti raya ni(kami sdg bercuti selama seminggu ye sekarang..harap maklum)hehe..dah pesan kat diri sendiri n kwn2 yang nak ikut,sblm round,study dulu yg precinical punye..huhu..started from now on,study tak bleh main2 ok..ur patient life is important..salah ubat,salah diagnose,salah amputate,salah skill..salah itu salah ini..sape yg nak kene tanggung? that is our RESPONSIBILITY! so,start working now!jgn main-main lg!(pesan sungguh2 pd diri sendiri)..
orait,ni masuk kisah lain plak..IMAN 2 officially dah released..so,mane2 ahli PERUBATAN boleh dapatkannya melalui Biro ekonomi PERUBATAN. saya bagi pihak editorial IMAN 2 mengambil kesempatan nak mitak maaf byk bnyk2 andai ada kekurangan pada majalah tersebut.actually,banyak kekurangan yang timbul,but with all your support,i.allah,kekurangan itu dapat ditampung.juga terima kasih yang tidak terhingga buat rakan-rakan editorial,Damak selaku Pengarah Urusan,Abg Haikal selaku Ketua Editor,Sis Radin,Tasya,Chaq,Abg Haikal 2,Ehmad,Zety Asma,Ucu Nabila,Ja,Eckm,Abg Akmal,Wani,Syakir,Hakimi,Khairunnisa,Humairah,Baizura,Abg Faqih.(ramai kan?semuanya mantap2 menulis ni) juga penghargaan kpd designer dan grafik- Umar,Asyraf,Ijal,DenMat dan Helmi. syukran jazilan.Arigatou Gozaimasu~dan kepada model cover hadapan IMAN 2..thanks for ur collaboration..semoga sukses selalu and be a good doctor!!

Nota 1 : i.allah atas permintaan family and sahabat medic from Mesia and especially buat Dr Marhamah(Kak Mar),Dr Sarah(kak Sarah),i’ll try as hard as I can to update blog ni and cerita berkenaan medical life in Egypt..for one point only=saya nak mane2 sahabat tegur saya secara berhikmah and sharing our knowledge here..Spoke up ok! and then buat juniors,i want u to know dat our goal is to succes in this medical field..so,maybe melalui blog ni je akak boleh nasihat or share something valuable with all of u..sbb i wish to all adik2 akhawat sume belaja sungguh2 and cari satu niche yang org akn tgk and pandng graduan from Egypt..so,ganbatte my dear sisters!!
Nota 2 : sape yang ada full record about taking general history in Arabic punye,sila bitau saya.
Nota 3 : actually,saya sedang menyiapkan manuskrip buku untuk terbitan PERUBATAN dan PMRAM. doakan saya agar dapat menyiapkannya and i’m glad to share something,even if it is a bit only,but impak yang cukup besar diperoleh and boleh dimanfaatkan bersama..pray for me..
Nota 4 : kawan-kawan,ada masa,sila la ke MAHAR ye..tak tahu apa itu MAHAR?huhu..Madrasah Aisyah Humaira anjuran Biro Pembangunan Insan(BPI),PERUBATAN adalah program intensif untuk akhawat perubatan.i.allah,agenda MAHAR bukan saje tertumpu pada fiqh Mar’ah semata-mata,tapi ada banyak lagi tajuk2 dan aktiviti menarik yang akan disediakan..nak tahu apa?sudikanlah menghadiri MAHAR setiap Sabtu jam 9 am di teratak Umi Sakinah dan Imarah 11,sayeda Zenab. *Sabtu ni 5 Nov,i.allah MAHAR akan berjalan seperti biasa..

Response to Nota 5: What makes you want to shift into Blogger/Blogspot (BS)? WordPress (WP) is convenient enough, though I myself use my Blogger/Blogspot site more than my WP. You can try first. And if BS suits your need, then change.
It’s up to you, then. As long as you don’t stop blogging. And if you do, I’ll fly to Egypt for one sole reason: to smack you up! 😀
ok..thanks a lot for ur comment..actually,i dont like to have something ‘heavy’ in my blog,i like plain type..but,there’s someone told me that my server(this WP) is too slow,then i decided to change my user into BS.he said that it took so long to read my article in this site..that makes me sad.huhu..
anyway,i’m trying to find another way to keep my blog still ‘alive’..and i found that people usually tend to read something like travelog,experience and so on..and i’m try to blend all of that and keep them as one story of mine-my story and what are the values that you guys can grab it..i.e- i wanna share my life about medicine and the core value inside it..insyaAllah,pray for me so long as i can keep a track on it!arigATou~

Don’t prefer appearance over content. Blogging is not to show off your intelligence in doing the perfect XML – but to share what you know to the whole world.
If you insist on blogging in Blogspot, you may stumble upon thousands of simple templates in the Web – just Google it. Of course Blogspot allows its users to customize the codes and tags, but, like Dr. Gregory House says – “people choose the paths that grant them the greatest rewards for the least amount of effort”, so, why bother?
I see that you’re a busy person. You’ll have to ransack over the Net to look for a template that suits your taste. But once you’ve hit the jackpot, you’ll continue blogging without caring as much about the template anymore – those templates are complete, I might add.
Still, if you feel like switching the look of your blog (in Blogspot), you can always Google one.

We can’t get every single thing we want, that is the most precious lesson I learnt by this year. In thaqafah, you should grab it even a little. But in work, we got to do the fullest. It’s better to be one and almost perfect, rather than 10 full of mistakes.
Don’t you have a blogspot? As what we’ve discussed, the most important thing is what you want from the blog. As for me, I want to do more with the HTML and so, that’s why i preferred blogspot. This is good enough I think, for someone like you. Still, if you want a shoutbox, i think there’s one compatible with wordpress.

I’m still free right now, these few days. I know I can change templates, but… you’ll have to choose what kind of template you like. One more thing, I still haven’t known the way to port posts from WP to BS, so, you’ll have to re-post everything you wrote in WP into BS.
